Immediate Dispatch

We aim to process and despatch all orders the same day they are received or the next Post Office opening day (depending on the type of delivery you choose).

We aim to have all orders in the post the same day, if they are received at least 30 minutes before the above times.

Confirmatory Email

When your order and payment have been received and processed, you will be sent an email confirming this, when it will be despatched and when it is likely to delivered. Obviously this is only an estimate as, once your goods have been despatched, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail.

Discrete Packaging

All orders are dispatched discretely in plain Jiffy Bag type packages with no mention of their contents. Rest assured that we will never share your details with any third party.

Types of Delivery

We offer a variety of delivery methods:

1.   Orders up to £30 in value. We use First Class Royal Mail Standard Post for orders up to £30 in value so that you do not have to be troubled by having to sign for your delivery. It is our experience that a vast majority of our customers prefer this method of delivery but be warned that your goods will not be insured. If you would prefer to have your delivery insured, you can choose 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at no additional cost, please request this on the PayPal screen.

2.   Orders of £30 and above in value. For all orders of £30 and above we use Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next day) but please be aware that the package will require signing for. This service provides you with a quick and insured delivery service at no extra cost. If you would prefer not to have to sign for your goods please request an alternative delivery method on the PayPal screen.

3.   Deliveries Outside the UK Mainland. Royal Mail Airmail is our standard method of delivery for all deliveries outside the UK mainland. If you should wish a different method please drop us an email with the quantity you would like to order and the destination. Certificates of Posting are always obtained and an electronic scanned version can be viewed on request.

Track & Trace

If you choose to use our Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery service or our Royal Mail Special Delivery service, you will be sent a 13 digit Tracking Reference Number in your confirmatory email. Simply click on the Royal Mail link within the email and copy the Tracking Reference Number into the "Track & Trace" window to find out when your goodies are likely to arrive.
